Working from a Service Centre or the Contact Centre, you'll assist customers in person or over the phone with a variety of transactions and enquiries.This is a fantastic prospect to gain meaningful experience in a government environment, whether you're early in your career, returning to the workforce, or seeking flexible employment.LocationsWe are currently seeking expressions of interest across:Hobart and Southern TasmaniaLaunceston and the NorthDevonport, Burnie and the North WestWhat You'll Be DoingDelivering accurate, friendly and efficient customer serviceProcessing transactions and handling customer enquiriesManaging confidential information with care and professionalismUsing a range of systems and tools to support customer interactionsWorking collaboratively in a supportive team environmentTo be considered, you'll need to:Complete a brief screening chat after applyingProvide two professional refereesParticipate in a competency-based interview and role playUndertake skills testing and a functional assessmentBe willing to undergo a National Police Check prior to commencementDesirablePrevious experience in customer service, retail, or contact centresA current driver licence (for mobility between service sites if needed)What's in it for you?
