As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced and driven Logistics Coordinator to strengthen our supply chain operations.
The Role
Reporting to the Logistics Manager, the logistics coordinator serves as the primary liaison between Adrad Group and its local and international suppliers, service providers, and freight partners. This role is responsible for coordinating the efficient and cost-effective movement of goods, ensuring all shipments are delivered on time to meet operational requirements. This position requires strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate inbound and outbound freight movements
· Arrange domestic and international shipments
· Track deliveries and maintain shipment reporting
· Prepare international shipping documentation
· Obtain freight quotes and monitor costs
· Process freight invoices and manage claims
· Liaise with suppliers, freight providers, warehouse, and Finance
About You
You are a proactive logistics professional who thrives in a structured and deadline-driven environment. You bring:
· 5+ years' experience in logistics/supply chain
· Strong knowledge of international shipping and documentation
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Outlook)
· Highly organised with strong attention to detail
· Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
