About the job
* An Allied Health Assistant traineeship offering a recognised qualification in Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance while gaining hands-on experience.
* Under supervision of Allied Health professionals and support staff, you will assist the team with clinical and non-clinical tasks, including clinical one-to-one sessions, group sessions, setting up for treatment sessions, and maintaining clinic areas.
* The Allied Health team will provide dedicated support and time to complete your Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance.
* You will have opportunities to explore various Allied Health career paths within Hunter New England Health.

As part of the Children, Young People and Families Service (CYPFS), you'll be embraced by a friendly, collaborative atmosphere working alongside many different Allied Health Professionals. Supervision and support are provided by the CYPFS Allied Health team to help you learn and grow during your traineeship.

* Must have completed Year 10 at minimum
