About Therapeutic Residential Care
Therapeutic Residential Care is a statewide service that provides intensive 24/7 care arrangements for young people with highly complex needs. Our goal is to provide a safe and stable home environment that enables young people to heal, connect, learn, and prepare for their adult lives.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality care services to young people in our residential care settings.
* Develop and implement individualised care plans that meet the unique needs of each young person.
* Work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote best practice in therapeutic residential care.
Requirements
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in a field such as social work, psychology, or education.
* Proven experience in leadership and management roles within a similar context.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
