We are seeking a proactive and strategic leader to play a pivotal role in shaping the student experience by enhancing and optimising our student systems. The ideal candidate will work closely with various stakeholders, including IT, to elevate processes, data management, and reporting.
Main Responsibilities
* Drive innovation in student services by improving core systems and ensuring process enhancements, automation, and compliance;
* Lead and support a talented team dedicated to advancing student systems, overseeing analysis, configuration, testing, and training;
* Develop a focused roadmap for ongoing system improvements, partnering with IT and service users to deliver projects that elevate experiences for students and staff;
* Provide expert guidance to senior leaders, supporting strategic initiatives to continually enhance student services.
About You
The successful candidate will be a seasoned leader who excels in developing and improving student systems and processes to achieve service excellence. With a strategic eye, they will oversee the management, security, and reporting for our student information systems.

* Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams, fostering engagement and success;
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, offering informed decisions and proactive recommendations;
* Excellent communication skills, advising, influencing, and negotiating effectively;
* In-depth knowledge of the Higher Education sector and relevant legislation;
* Comprehensive understanding of student systems, data, and reporting needs;
* Experienced as a System Owner, managing supplier relationships.
