 
        
        We are seeking a passionate, driven and knowledgeable Assistant Director/Educational Leader, who has the experience and desire to lead, support and manage our team of Educators, and help with the day-to-day running of our amazing childcare centre. 
This is a unique position where the Assistant Director role is a predominantly an off the floor position. Your focus will be to support our Centre Director on a day-to-day basis. 
A little about you 
Experience in overseeing and implementing a program based on children's needs and interests. 
A robust understanding of compliance and of National Quality Standards (NQF). 
Sound experience in supporting the staff management of a medium to large childcare service. 
The ability to support and work collaboratively with your team, and assist and support the Centre Director in the general day-to-day running of the service. 
The ability to manage and lead community engagement. 
Minimum of a Diploma of Children's Services. 
Current WWCC, approved first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications. 
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
A sound understanding of the EYLF and NQF.

How to apply 
Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
