This is achieved through the end-to-end management of the Banks Home Loan business including distribution through proprietary and third-party channels, acquisition, retention, customer experience, risk, change and continuous improvement.The Home Buying Manage & Own Crew is responsible for the in-life experience of our Home Loan customers, ensuring customers maximise value from their loan and can seamlessly make changes when they need to. We welcome diverse view-points, innovative thinking, and an eagerness to get things done.Do work that matters You will report to the Crew Lead, Manage & Own, and as a Senior Product Owner you will be responsible for setting the strategic vision and roadmap for the product in partnership with business stakeholders and product management to maximise delivery of business value and support benefits realisation.You will lead a squad consisting of engineering and product capability to solve customer breakpoints and deliver exceptional multi-channel Home Loan variation experiences. You will proactively managing risks and issues associated with our products. You will move forward with less-than-perfect information, and quickly pivot to changing work demands, and possess the ability to accurately evaluate complex and ambiguous situations to reach timely, objective and informed decisions.
