Job Description: Accounts Administration Assistant Home Care Helpers Pty Ltd Employment Type: Casual Reports To: Manager Location: Ashfield Office Hours: Monday to Friday 9:30am-2:30pm Pay: $35/hour Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administration Assistant to support our finance and operations team in a busy home care environment.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident using Xero, with a solid understanding of the administrative and compliance requirements in home care. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial processing, timely invoicing, and smooth day-to-day accounts administration to support quality service delivery to our clients. Key Responsibilities Accounts & Finance Support

1. Process accounts payable and receivable using Xero
2. Reconcile
