Job Summary:
This exciting opportunity within the Gold Coast Digital Partnership Team offers career growth, training and development opportunities.
We are seeking an individual to maintain an efficient and effective records management system for assets, equipment, and software.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide financial administrative support to the work unit by undertaking activities associated with procurement, ICT asset and equipment management, software licensing, budgeting, accounts payable and receivable, and systems application (SAP/R3).
* Deliver excellent customer service by preparing quotes and applying effective organisational and communication skills.
* Provide remote administrative support to staff across a geographically dispersed team as required.
* Contribute to the development of best practice in business systems by monitoring/reviewing work practices and making recommendations which lead to continuous improvement.
About You:
We are searching for someone who has the following skills and qualifications:
* The ability to deliver high-quality ICT services to clients of eHealth Queensland, with emphasis on coordinating multiple tasks and working unsupervised.
* Well-developed people skills including the ability to work in individual or team situations and communicate clear explanations.
* Knowledge of policies and practices relating to asset management, procurement, and records management.
* Demonstrated ability or the ability to quickly learn Service Now and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Service Management processes (primarily incident / configuration management).
