We’re partnering with a well-regarded Town Planning consultancy that is seeking a Town Planner with circa 2–3 years’ experience to join their growing team. This is an opportunity to work across a broad range of development projects throughout Victoria while being mentored by experienced industry leaders in a collaborative and high-performing environment. What You’ll Be Doing Preparing and managing planning permit applications. Reviewing planning controls, zoning, and overlays. Coordinating specialist consultant inputs. Liaising with councils, referral authorities, and stakeholders. Advising clients on planning risks, opportunities, and approval pathways. Preparing planning reports, submissions, and supporting documentation. Managing multiple projects across residential, commercial and mixed-use developments. This role is ideal for someone looking to move beyond basic application processing and develop into a well-rounded consultant with strong technical and commercial capability. What We’re Looking For Circa 2–3 years’ experience in a Town Planning Consultancy (ideally) Strong understanding of the Victorian Planning Scheme Excellent written communication and report writing skills Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines Confident stakeholder and client communication skills Relevant Planning qualification Why Join?
