Community Youth Worker Opportunities
We are seeking experienced and compassionate individuals to provide person-centred support in residential and community settings. The role involves working with young people who have complex needs and behaviours of concern, empowering them to achieve their personal goals and develop essential life skills.
About the Role
* Deliver trauma-informed support to vulnerable populations
* Work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, nights, and sleepovers
You will be required to possess a Diploma or higher in a relevant field, such as Community Services or Youth Work, and experience in managing Behaviours of Concern (BOC). Additionally, you must hold current certifications, including a Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, National Police Check, First Aid & CPR, and a valid driver's license.
