Front Office Attendant (Casual or Part-Time)

Select rooms include kitchenette facilities and a washer/dryer, and all rooms include an espresso, complimentary unlimited Wi‑Fi, STAYCAST by Google Chromecast streaming, air conditioning, and bathroom amenities by Ideology.
We are currently recruiting for a CASUAL/PART‑TIME Reception team member at Abode Malua Bay .
Skills Required
* Dynamic, vibrant, confident and professional personality
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a hotel Front Office operation, with exposure to both front desk and reservations procedures are desired, but not necessary
* Previous Leadership or similar experience is highly desired
* Excellent customer relations, Accounting/Math Skills, problem solving, decision making and time management skills
* Ability to demonstrate highly developed interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
* Willingness to manage multiple tasks, conflicting deadlines and varying guest situations
* High standard of personal presentation
* Previous experience using a Property Management System, preferably Opera is desirable
* A current full Australian drivers' license is also highly desirable but not essential
* The flexibility to work various shifts on a rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays
