About the Role
In this role, you'll provide customer service both face-to-face and over the phone, assisting customers with the rental or purchase of medical equipment tailored to their needs. You'll manage the customer journey from initial quote through to sales completion, ensuring a seamless experience.
You'll also provide administrative and operational support to our Sales and Operations teams, including preparing quotes, processing orders, and maintaining accurate inventory data.
Key Details:
* Salary: $55,000 + Super
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
* Location: Wagga Wagga, NSW
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate, process, and follow up on quotes, purchase orders, and sales orders
* Deliver outstanding phone-based customer service and resolve queries
* Maintain company databases and CRM systems, including pricing schedules
* Support internal teams with scheduling, admin tasks, and marketing materials
* Coordinate equipment trials, dispatch, and reconcile daily order reports
* Liaise with suppliers, funding bodies, case managers, and customers for timely deliveries
About You:
We're looking for someone with:
* Proven customer service experience and strong communication skills
* Ability to upsell and promote suitable equipment and services
* High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* Proficiency in MS Office (experience with Microsoft Dynamics/Business Central is a plus)
* Knowledge of healthcare or aged care industries (advantageous but not essential)
