Wealth Services is part of the Consumer division, offering information on a range of products and services to our customers that include financial planning (advice), wholesale cash solutions, investment solutions, superannuation, life insurance (group and retail), Commercial Loans and Corporate Trustee Services.
About the role
As a Wealth Concierge/General Advice Specialist you will be the first interaction point with our customer, post referral, for all wealth related queries from our banking network and will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience and value with every interaction.
Guided by the customer and their needs, you will assist by providing our customers with general advice around products and strategies, helping them to a self-serve option or arranging for a referral to a financial planner, via our partners at Bridges Financial Services.
This is a full-time position and would be ideal for a paraplanner looking for their next move, or a planner looking to step away from advice whilst keeping within the financial space. We are happy for you to be based anywhere, provided you have access to one of our head or regional offices, OR a home office with a good internet connection. You will become part of a team who are located in different places, but still in constant contact to bounce ideas off each other, provide support where needed, or just a friendly chat.
This role is entirely outbound warm calls and KPI's are based around service targets.
**About you**:
As an absolute must, you will have a Diploma of Financial Planning (RG146) to enable you to provide advice to our customers. Plus:
3 years + in a Financial Industry role, ideally also with experience in Wealth and the banking industry
Demonstrated experience in a Customer Service environment with the ability to ask the right questions to establish a customer's needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal and the ability to confidently engage with internal and external stakeholders
Strong relationship building skills
A competent and thorough knowledge of the core range of banking products, services and solutions offered across the Consumer business
