Health Information Services (HIS) at the Monash Children's Hospital is looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated and experienced Administration officer to join our fantastic teams at **Monash Children's** **Hospital **as a HIS Customer Service & Admissions Administration Clerk.

**About the HIS Team and the Role**
In this administrative role your primary responsibilities will include:
- Provide customers exceptional customer service both face-to-face and over the phone;
- Complete and ensure accurate data entry when admitting and updating patient details on the Patient administrative system (iPM), and other data entry and administrative duties as required (as outlined on the attached PD)
**Operating Hours**
The Monash Children Hospital - HIS Customer Service and Admissions Department (located at the Lagoon ward reception) is open 5 days per week. Shifts start and finish times may vary between 6.30am and finish at 9pm with the potential of operating hours to be changed and extended as the service continues to grow.
Staff may also be required to travel to other Monash Health sites.
