Our client is an established and reputable construction company is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their project team. You will play a critical role in ensuring that project activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in line with design, quality, and time requirements.
About the role
* Oversee all on‐site operations, staffing, and daily workflow
* Ensure strong standards in safety, environmental compliance, quality, and time management
* Manage subcontractors, site teams, and supplier relationships
* Lead and supervise industrial relations and on‐site safety practices
* Work closely with Contracts Administrators and Project Managers
* Contribute to procurement strategies and subcontractor engagement
* Provide leadership and clear direction to all on‐site personnel, including internal staff and subcontractors
Skills and Experience
* Extensive experience in the construction industry
* Strong leadership ability with excellent communication and people‐management skills
* A valid Site Supervisor Licence and Senior First Aid certification
* Ideally experience delivering high‐rise residential projects
* A proactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and quality at all times
