About The Role
We're looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our Dubbo team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a smooth and professional service experience.
* Greeting guests in the service department
* Communicating vehicle symptoms and rectifications
* Preparing accurate parts and labour quotes
* Handling guest concerns and complaints
* Preparing invoices and closing repair orders
About You
To be successful, you'll bring:
* Experience in a similar role or automotive background
* Strong guest service and presentation skills
* Excellent communication and computer literacy
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure
* Ability to pass a National Police Check (provided by us)
