Job Opportunity: Community Support Worker
We are seeking suitably qualified or experienced casual Community Support Workers with good availability and a passion for providing excellent care to support our participants in Bendigo.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our growing team. Remuneration commencing at $41.76 per hour for casual employees. Availability is required for at least three days per week, including morning and afternoon shifts. Part-time contracts may be available for those with ongoing availability that suits our participants.
* A qualification or experience in Disability Services/Aged Care/Individual Support/Home and Community Care or similar field.
* Experience in supporting people with complex needs and support requirements.
* Strong ethics and genuine approach towards participant dignity and safety and Work Health and Safety.
* Adaptability, flexibility, resilience and respond positively to change.
* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Well-developed conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
* Dedication to their job and their team.
* Good presentation and a professional attitude.

* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Working with Children Check
* First Aid and CPR Certificates
* NDIS Orientation Certificate
* Driver Licence
* Comprehensive Car Insurance
