A rare opportunity exists for a well experienced manager to join our team at Inter Industrial. We have been in operation since 1994 and have offices located in both Tullamarine and Knoxfield, with a loyal and long standing client base.
We see the ideal candidate having extensive experience in a professional recruitment environment and a proven experience of developing relationships at all levels. We are also looking for experience in generating new business and executing on sales plans. Alternatively, a well experienced manager from within industry with a working knowledge of labour hire and sales management will be considered
In addition to managing a successful team, you will be responsible for the growth of the client account and stakeholder management.
The role will be located in both our Tullamarine and Knox offices.
Remuneration will be commensurate with the level of expertise brought to the role.
Responsibilities:
· Through effective leadership, managing a total of around 10 staff located in both Knoxfield and Tullamarine
· Updating staff with regular performance and budget reports
· Assisting staff with new business development and ensuring the continued growth of the Company
· Ensuring best practices in regards to new client acquisition and retention
· Effective account management through being a positive leader and representative of the Company.
· Being responsible for developing tactics, delivering on sales plans and achieving profit targets for the Company
· Overseeing and assisting in the effective management all existing accounts
· Identifing solutions that would best suit individual clients
· Ensuring staff are optimizing the full potential of our clients
· Assisting with annual award increases and ensuring rates are reviewed and updated in a timely manner
· Ensuring we are compliant with all Fair Work employment guidelines
· Handling the day-to-day issues and assisting with OHS and client accounts as they arise
