Our client runs meat manufacturing plants across the UK, Europe, and Australia, partnering with supermarkets to provide high-quality packaged and value-added meat products.
They are now seeking a detailed-oriented Quality Technician to join their team.
About the role – Quality Technician
Conducting routine quality and hygiene inspections across production areas
Prepare product samples for lab testing to confirm product quality
Assist with internal audits and ensure consistent adherence to GMP standards.
Document findings, maintain quality records and compile reports.
About You
Degree in Food Science or related discipline (desirable)
Full working rights in Australia
Comfortable working in a cool room environment
Strong attention to detail
Tech savvy
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and a drug and alcohol screen
Committed to a safe work environment and willing to promote safety within a team
