A respected Tier 2 commercial builder with a strong presence across the Perth metro area is expanding its commercial delivery team and seeking an experienced Project Contracts Administrator to support several large-scale developments. This is a senior-level Contracts Administrator role suited to someone who wants scale, structure, and long-term certainty. You’ll be working on complex, high-value projects across the education, health, and civic sectors, within a builder known for strong planning, reliable systems, and consistent project delivery.
