About the Role
As a Licenced Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in maintenance activities at our aircraft storage facility. Your key responsibilities will include conducting in-depth aircraft inductions, managing periodic maintenance checks and overseeing customer work requests.
Key Responsibilities
* Aircraft Maintenance & Induction: Conduct in-depth narrow and wide-body aircraft induction including engine/APU preservation.
* Manage periodic maintenance checks ensuring all aircraft meet stringent quality standards.
* Oversee customer work requests aircraft inspections ADs and ensure prompt responses.
* Aircraft Reactivation & Troubleshooting: Lead aircraft reactivation processes including engine de-preservation gear retraction testing.
* Involve in complex component changes engine runs and troubleshooting.
* Collaboration & Customer Support: Work closely with a tight-knit team of professionals focused on delivering maintenance excellence.
* Engage directly with major airlines and leasing entities to provide exceptional customer support.
* Act as a liaison between us and our international partners representing our commitment to quality and service.
The ideal candidate will have Part 66 Licenced Engineers (CASA/EASA/UKCAA) with B737 Dash8 or A330 Type Rating on licence. Strong technical knowledge of major aircraft types and ability to demonstrate competence through a comprehensive work logbook are essential.
Benefits
* Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum.
* Superannuation (12%) Overtime.
