About the Role: As a Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in leading people, managing client portfolios, and driving business growth. Expect to:
* Build and nurture long-term client relationships, providing high-level tax and business advisory advice.
* Lead and mentor your team, ensuring quality delivery across accounting, tax, and advisory services.
* Manage workflow, budgets, KPIs, and reporting to keep the division running smoothly.
* Partner with colleagues across divisions to deliver truly integrated financial advice.
* Bring in new opportunities through your networks while deepening existing client relationships.
* Apply your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to deliver outstanding client outcomes.
About You:
* A natural people leader with strong EQ, professionalism, and influencing skills.
* CA/CPA qualified (CFP or additional qualifications advantageous).
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce or Finance.
* 5+ years’ Public Practice experience, including 2+ years in a direct management role.
* Strong technical knowledge in taxation and compliance.
* Comfortable with Xero and tech-savvy with add-ons and digital tools.
