What you bring
* Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care
* Proven experience in early childhood education
* Strong understanding of NQF, NQS, and regulatory compliance
* Current and mandatory Certificates and Checks
* Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
* The ability to lead, inspire team
Qualifications & Compliance
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)
* Current Working with Children Check
* Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis (or willing to obtain immediately)
* National Police Check clearance
* Eligibility to work in Australia
Experience & Skills
* 1+ years of room leadership or senior educator experience
* Proven ability to design and implement EYLF-based programmes
* Strong documentation skills (observations, assessments, planning)
* Experience leading and mentoring educators
* Deep understanding of NQF, NQS, and compliance requirements
* Excellent communication with children, families, and team
