Organised and Energetic – we are looking for someone who is switched on and can work across multiple areas in a fast print environment a true print all-rounder!

Kwik Kopy Shellharbour is a trusted business supplier of print & signage. We are committed to producing quality products and consistently exceeding customer expectations.

Our Key Responsibilities:

* Digital and wide format printing, along with comprehensive finishing services using industry leading equipment including a brand new Fuji Film 6 colour Revoria Press PC1120, Vibrant flatbed printer, ESCO Kongsberg Flatbed Plotter Cutter, EPSON wide format printer, and TROTEC Speedy 400 precision laser cutter and engraver. All supported by a full suite of finishing equipment to deliver efficient, high-quality production results 🎯

* Operating and maintaining print and finishing equipment to ensure accurate, quality-checked output and a smooth daily production workflow

* Managing and maintaining stock levels to support efficient production and turnaround times

* Setup, preparation, and finishing of print jobs across multiple formats

* Working collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean, organised, and safe production workspace for smooth job flow from start to finish

The ideal candidate will have:

* Digital press and wide format print production experience

* Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a small team environment

* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting

* Excellent time management and multitasking skills

* High attention to detail

* Positive “can do” attitude 😊

* Self-motivated, proactive, and team-oriented

* Reliable and dependable

* Enjoys following processes and doing things right the first time

* Well-presented with a professional manner and confident communication skills
