Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team in a Data Processing role. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring that all data processing and exception management tasks are resolved in a timely and efficient manner, meeting high quality standards.
Your primary duties will include:
* Verifying information and responding to end-user queries over the phone
* Responding to emails from healthcare professionals and participants
* Maintaining participant records and investigating exceptions by following up with Team Leads or healthcare professionals
* Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive matters diplomatically and discreetly
* Utilizing appropriate systems and processes, adhering to NCSR policies, procedures, and work instructions
* Escalating issues as needed in accordance with NCSR policies, procedures, and work instructions
* Making continuous improvement suggestions to Contact Centre Team Leaders and Customer Service Delivery Managers
* Working collaboratively within a team environment and sharing a team load
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Customer service experience, preferably in retail, hospitality, or call centers, demonstrating telephone-based customer service skills, high-level customer focus, and ability to positively relate and interact with people to foster productive outcomes
* Ability to work under pressure with conflicting priorities and meet strict deadlines
* Competent data entry skills and high-level attention to detail
* High-level verbal and written communication skills
* Health-related experience (ideal)
* Certificate II or III in Customer Contact (desirable but not essential)
