We're looking for a commercially minded Short-Form Video Editor to help drive that next stage of growth.
This is a role for someone who can do more than just make content look good. You'll help turn strong concepts, raw footage, UGC, founder content, product demos, and campaign assets into polished, testable creative that can perform across paid social and organic. You'll work in close conjunction with our Performance Creative Lead, who owns the creative strategy, angles, briefs, and testing direction, to help turn ideas into a higher volume of usable assets.
You will also be supported by a wider team around you. Our Head of Digital will help feed performance insights back into the creative loop. Our Marketing Coordinator will help keep workflow, priorities, deadlines, and approvals moving. Our Graphic Designer will support statics, layouts, and other campaign‐ready visual assets. This role is not expected to operate in isolation. It is designed to sit inside a strong creative system and help scale output.

You should be equally comfortable shooting, cutting fast, following direction, improving structure, and helping one shoot or one batch of raw footage turn into many usable outputs.
How This Role Is Supported
* Performance Creative Lead: Creative strategy, concepts, hooks, briefs, shoot direction, and edit direction.
* Head of Digital: Media buying, placements, performance reporting, and testing feedback.
* Marketing Coordinator: Workflow, priorities, timelines, follow‐up, and approvals.
* Graphic Designer: Statics, layouts, design support, and other campaign‐ready visual assets.
This role is not a pure execution silo. It is part of a broader team designed to help creative move faster, improve through testing, and scale with less friction.
What You'll Own
Short-Form Editing & Asset Output
* Edit short‐form ads and social videos across paid and organic channels.
* Turn raw footage into multiple variations quickly and efficiently.
* Create cutdowns, hook variations, CTA swaps, retests, and alternate versions.
* Help one shoot, creator brief, or raw footage batch turn into a much larger volume of usable creative.
* Keep assets organised, exported correctly, and ready for deployment.
Paid Social & Organic Creative Execution
* Edit content in a way that supports performance, not just aesthetics.
* Work across founder‐led, UGC, testimonial, demo, problem‐solution, and other key ad formats.
* Support the production of lo‐fi and mid‐fi short‐form content optimised for platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
* Help shape pacing, captions, overlays, proof points, product callouts, and other in‐edit levers that improve performance.
* Work closely with the Performance Creative Lead to make sure creative intent is carried through in the final output.
Versioning, Iteration & Testing Support
* Produce multiple versions of the same concept to support faster testing and iteration.
* Respond quickly to feedback, revisions, and new creative directions.
* Help version winning creatives into new hooks, formats, structures, and CTA combinations.
* Support a fast, consistent creative testing cadence by increasing asset throughput.
* Work closely with the wider team so creative changes are reflected quickly and accurately.
Workflow, Quality & File Management
* Keep edit projects, exports, and source files organised and easy to navigate.
* Maintain a clean and consistent approach to version naming, file structure, and handoff.
* Work efficiently within deadlines while maintaining quality and speed.
* Help create a smoother, more reliable production rhythm across both brands.
