AuzBuilt projects is seeking a Project Manager / Site Manager.
The Role
Reporting to the Team Leader, you will take full ownership of project delivery, including programme, commercial performance, safety, quality, and stakeholder management. You will lead site and office teams, coordinate consultants and subcontractors, and ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, and within margin.
What We Are Looking For
This role requires demonstrated experience, not exposure.
You must have:
* Can speak frequency Mandarin and English.
* Proven experience as a Project Manager / Site Manager on commercial projects
* The ability to lead site teams, manage consultants, and protect programme and margin
Formal requirements include:
* Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Engineering or similar
* White Card, First Aid and CPR
* Current Australian Driver's Licence
What You Will Be Responsible For
* End-to-end project delivery from construction through to handover
* Programme planning, tracking, and reporting with no surprises
* Cost control, forecasting, variations, and subcontractor management
* Design coordination and buildability reviews
* Leading safety, quality, and compliance outcomes
* Building strong relationships with clients, consultants, and internal teams
* Coaching and supporting Site Managers, Contract Administrators, and Coordinators
