Disability Support Role
The primary function of this role is to provide high-level attendant care support for individuals with Spinal Cord Injury and Acquired Brain Injury, necessitating exceptional communication and listening skills as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Responsibilities:
* Attendant care support will be provided to clients in their homes.
* Assistance with daily living tasks including personal care, meal preparation, and household management.
* Supporting clients to engage in activities they enjoy and that promote their physical and emotional well-being.
As a Disability Support Worker, access to specialized training by industry experts will be available, and support from a team of Care Managers will be accessible 24/7.
