Key Responsibilities:
* Assess and treat patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions using evidence-based soft tissue therapy techniques.
* Develop and implement personalized treatment and rehabilitation plans tailored to individual client needs.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as required.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date treatment records and documentation.
* Educate clients on injury prevention, posture, ergonomics, and home exercise programs.
* Manage a flexible client schedule in line with private practice demand.
* Ensure a high standard of professional conduct and patient care at all times.
Requirements:
* Qualified Occupational Therapist with a focus or certification in soft tissue therapy, manual therapy, or musculoskeletal treatment.
* Current professional registration and relevant insurance.
* Proven experience in treating musculoskeletal injuries in a clinical or private practice setting (desired but not required).
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently as a subcontractor.
