Rope access boilermakers (level 1 & 2)

Due to continued growth across our operations, we're seeking experienced Rope Access Level 1 or 2 – Boilermakers to join our Rio Maintenance team across various sites in WA's Pilbara.

Ad-hoc Shutdown with mobilisation ranging between 24th March to 10th April (all onboarding to be completed by 18th March 2026).

Casual shutdown allocations with potential to join 2:1 core crew with flexible allocation plans to match your availability.

12-hour shifts, with 7-14 days minimum allocation.

Rate: $71 - $82 per hour casual loading inclusive.

Upon becoming compliant you will be handed to the planning & mobilisation team who will confirm your allocations.

About you

You'll bring:

* Valid Compliance – Working Rights, White Card, Photo ID, Fire Training, Confined Space, Working at Heights, Provide First Aid/CPR (Level 3 only), IRATA Qualification/Logbook & Trade Certificate
* Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Rope Access Boilermaker
* Ability to pass a project-specific pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screen
* Genuine concern for safety and the wellbeing of your team
* A practical, hands-on mindset with the confidence to take initiative
* A collaborative spirit - you know that success is a team effort
* Pride in your trade and commitment to doing quality work
