Position Summary: Warmly welcome all guests and provide an overview of the hotel and spa facilities. Manage reservations and bookings for incoming guest calls. Escort guests to treatments while highlighting the unique benefits of each service. Confidently upsell spa treatments, enhancements, and retail products to maximize the guest experience. Deliver exceptional customer service from pre-arrival through to post-departure. Go above and beyond to exceed guest expectations with personalized and thoughtful service. Handle guest queries and requests efficiently and effectively. Schedule services for individuals and groups using spa/salon reservation software, and assist with check-in and check-out. Perform reception duties with precision and attention to detail. About You Hold valid working rights in Australia. Enthusiastic and motivated to advance your career. Possess strong knowledge of spa treatments, from massages to facials. Confident in recommending and upselling treatments, enhancements, and retail products to elevate the guest journey. Self-driven and energized in a fast-paced environment. Proactive, with a can-do attitude and smart problem-solving skills. Hold a current RSA and Police Check (essential).
