The Opportunity: Automotive Estimator
As an Estimator, you'll be the bridge between customers, insurers, and our workshop team — ensuring repairs are quoted accurately, approved promptly, and delivered to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare accurate, timely repair estimates using iBodyshop (experience essential).
* Liaise with customers and insurers, explaining repairs in a clear, professional manner.
* Work closely with the workshop team to align repair scopes and timelines.
* Identify repair methods that balance quality, safety, and efficiency.
* Maintain strong working relationships with all stakeholders.
You'll Bring
* Proven experience as an Automotive Estimator (panel shop background preferred).
* Strong working knowledge of iBodyshop (preferred)
* A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* A proactive, solutions-focused attitude.
* Minimum 1-2 years of automotive estimator experience required.
