Role: Delivery Manager
Location: Cracow, Poland
Employment type: Full-time Permanent
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Good business and technical understanding, gained over several infrastructure and application development projects, and the communication skills to influence decisions taken with the project sponsor/client.
2. Good communication skills, ability to distill complex technical topics into clear, concise messages.
3. Consistent record of leading medium to large projects encompassing all stages of the lifecycle from requirements through design, build, testing, client acceptance and launch.
4. Experience of managing the financial aspects of a project and to project plan, report regularly and supervise project execution, to ensure the projects risk and the costings is identified.
5. Experience working in an Agile delivery environment, working with Scrum delivery teams, Scrum Masters and Product Owners to deliver the project outcomes.
6. Motivated, well organized and able to complete tasks independently to high quality standards.
7. Certification with a recognized Agile Project Management qualification would be beneficial – e.g. Prince2 Agile or PMI ACP or relevant experience.
