Job Opportunity
This role offers the chance to deliver high-quality skid steer training and assessment in a correctional setting. Your primary responsibility will be to provide accredited skid steer training aligned with industry standards and safety regulations.
* This involves supporting learners to build confidence and competence in operating skid steers safely and efficiently.
* You will also maintain accurate records of student progress, assessments, and compliance documentation.
The ideal candidate will have experience delivering training in adult education or vocational settings, strong communication skills, and a commitment to safety, inclusion, and learner success.
Essential Qualifications
* A Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40110 / TAE40116 / TAE40122) is highly desirable, but we are willing to consider candidates who are willing to enrol in this qualification.
* Possession of relevant and current skid steer operation experience is required.
