Key Responsibilities
Perform a range of facial and skincare treatments tailored to individual client needs, using professional techniques and industry-standard protocols.
Conduct skin analyses to assess clients' skin type and condition, and apply appropriate treatments using non-invasive beauty devices to achieve optimal results.
Maintain accurate client records, including consultation notes, treatment plans, and post-treatment recommendations.
Provide pre- and post-treatment guidance and educate clients on ongoing skincare routines to support long-lasting results.
Ensure all services are delivered in accordance with the salon's hygiene, safety, and compliance standards.
Recommend and sell suitable skincare products to clients, aligned with their skin concerns and post-treatment care needs.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry trends, new treatments, and best practices.
Ensure all equipment, treatment areas, and tools are sanitised, organised, and maintained to the highest standards.
Build strong client relationships through attentive, professional service, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience and maintain the salon's standards of service excellence.
Requirements
Diploma of Beauty Therapy or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience as a Beauty Therapist, providing facials, skincare treatments, body therapies and relaxation-focused treatments.
Proven ability to assess clients' skin condition, conduct consultations, and deliver personalised treatment plans.
Strong knowledge of skincare products, treatment protocols, and facial/body devices used in professional beauty therapies.
High attention to detail and commitment to hygiene, safety, and compliance standards.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced salon environment.
