To read more on what it's like to work for West Moreton Health: About the role The Administration officer at West Moreton Rural Hospitals will assist in the daily operations of the hospital by performing general administrative duties and preparing and distributing correspondence.
About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following: Demonstrated high-level problem-solving skills, and time management, with the ability to prioritise tasks and deal with multiple demands.
Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills - clear and effective communication using oral, written and electronic methods.
Technical capability - Knowledge of or ability to learn and apply relevant policies and procedures within West Moreton Hospital and Health Service.
These include but are not limited to Financial Management Practice, Patient Travel Subsidy Scheme, cashier, receipting, banking processes, private patient billing, meeting minutes, end of month reporting, daily balancing and culling of medical records.
Information management and technology skills – high level knowledge of and ability to utilise: HBCIS EDIS PTIMS S4HANA Switchboard Ability to work individually and in a team environment as part of a multidisciplinary team.
