Due to increased mining and exploration activity across our current operations and projects at Coyote and Mt Clement, we are seeking a Geology Database Technician / Administrator to support and maintain the Company's geological database.

The Opportunity
Reporting to the Senior Geology Database Administrator, this role works closely with site‐based geology, exploration, and technical services teams to administer, maintain, and support the Company's geological database.
In addition, the role assists with ensuring field and site‐based team members are trained in the effective capture, storage, and retrieval of exploration and mining data, and that company data standards are consistently applied across all operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Building and maintaining strong working relationships across geology, technical services, and exploration teams
* Supporting the migration, collection, validation, and accurate entry of geological and GIS data from multiple sources
* Administering company geological data standards and ensuring ongoing data integrity and compliance
* Assisting with training field personnel in company data collection standards, systems, and processes
* Ensuring geological data is accessible and effectively integrated into workflows used by mining and technical teams
* Working collaboratively with the Senior Administrator to support continuous improvement of database processes
About You
You are organised, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of data‐related outcomes in a fast‐paced operational environment. You bring strong attention to detail, a structured approach to work, and the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non‐technical teams.
Ideally you'll bring
* Tertiary qualification in the geosciences or a related discipline highly desirable
* Minimum 1‐2 years of experience in field or mine geology or understanding of geological processes is required
* Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
* Experience using geological database management and GIS software (acQuire, Datashed) within mining and/or exploration environments
* Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines
* Well‐developed written and verbal communication skills
* Positive, flexible "can‐do" attitude with strong organisational and prioritisation skills
* Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to support, guide, and train system users
