The Role As Product Owner - eCommerce, you will take ownership of the business' website, Salesforce-driven booking journey, and all supporting integrations. Working in an agile environment, you will manage a squad of developers, prioritise and deliver the digital product roadmap, and partner with stakeholders to ensure a best-in-class customer experience that also drives commercial outcomes. This is a hands-on role that will balance day-to-day product delivery with longer-term strategic improvements, with Salesforce acting as a key enabler. Responsibilities Develop and maintain the eCommerce product roadmap, aligning with business and customer needs, with Salesforce as the core platform Manage agile sprints, backlog prioritisation, and delivery with an in-house squad and third-party vendors Ensure the Salesforce-integrated booking journey is seamless, intuitive, and commercially optimised Translate business requirements into actionable briefs for engineering and design teams, particularly around Salesforce workflows and integrations Oversee bug identification, resolution, and release testing to maintain site and Salesforce performance Partner with marketing, operations, and external vendors to deliver digital enhancements and campaigns Gather insights from customers and competitors to inform product improvements and innovation within the Salesforce environment Candidate Experience 3-5 years in product management, ideally with digital or eCommerce projects in consumer-facing industries Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to balance competing priorities Experience developing product roadmaps and leading agile delivery, ideally with Salesforce platforms Please note, we can only contact successfully shortlisted candidates.
