**How will I Help?**
As the Team Manager of Business and Everyday Banking Services you will play a key role in the building and development of a cohesive team and relationships with internal stakeholders. You will share ideas, best practice and feedback with others, and work to meet all challenges in delivering a great customer experience. You will also ensure all Team Members follow Westpac protocol, policies, and procedures, whilst also identifying opportunities for continuous improvement for team and business processes.

**What do I need?**
To be successful in this role you will be:

- Demonstrated Team Leadership skills and experience
- Experience in compliance and legislative requirements
- Ability to build & maintain key relationships with business partners.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities by being well organised and having strong time management skills
- Understanding of workflow planning and resource allocation
- Knowledge of HS &W legislation and industry standards
- Demonstrated understanding and knowledge of risk awareness
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with MS office such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Banking and Finance experience preferable
