Participate in the after-hours and weekend rosters. Lead and participate in clinical governance, audit, quality improvement, and research initiatives. Contribute to the supervision and education of junior doctors, nursing staff, and students. Collaborate with colleagues across surgical, medical, and intensive care specialties. Senior Staff Specialist applicants are expected to demonstrate significant leadership skills, involvement in quality, safety, education, research activities, and active participation in hospital service development.
