Parks and Visitor Services Leader

This is a permanent, full-time position based in Karratha. We are seeking a leader to coordinate the development and delivery of parks and visitor services in the Pilbara Region.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate the planned development and delivery of parks and visitor services, including Aboriginal liaison and cultural heritage.
* Manage and oversee teams to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Extensive experience in visitor services associated with the natural environment.
* Considerable experience in financial management and other management systems.
* Effective leadership and team management skills.
* Ability to negotiate, communicate, and liaise with the community, media, and special interest groups.
* Knowledge of ecological sustainability and conservation principles.
