About the Role:
This isn't your average Property Manager role. It's your opportunity to lead, grow and leave your mark.
As a Property Associate, you'll:
* Start with a smaller, high-potential group of properties and clients
* Manage day-to-day operations of a property portfolio
* Work closely with our Ops team, fellow PMs, and Co-Founders
* Help scale your portfolio into a fully mature region
You'll play a key role in shaping the Lululiv experience in new markets — all while growing your career alongside the company.

What You'll Bring:
* 2+ years in a customer-facing role (property or other industries welcome)
* A current Property Manager's licence (preferred)
* A valid driver's licence
* Strong organisation, clear communication, and a bias toward action
* A flexible, adaptable mindset and hunger to learn
