Digital Marketing Manager - Growth & Performance
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to drive digital growth outcomes across a portfolio of brands. This is a hands-on leadership role, owning performance across SEO, SEM and supporting channels, with a clear focus on converting traffic into high-quality sales leads.
A key part of the role will be leading SEO-focused website migrations as the organisation moves to a new composable technology stack as part of a broader digital transformation program.
Your role -
* Lead and develop a specialist digital team (local + offshore), setting clear expectations and driving accountability
* Own performance and ROI across SEO, SEM and supporting digital channels
* Diagnose performance issues and prioritise high-impact work to improve lead volume, lead quality and conversion
* Own the SEO migration strategy (risk management, performance protection, and post-launch recovery)
* Partner with internal stakeholders (developers, agencies, Sales, Campaigns) to ensure digital delivery aligns to business outcomes
* Maintain strong tracking integrity and measurement best practice (GA4, GTM)
* Build reporting that drives decisions and action - not just visibility

* Significant demonstrated experience in digital growth/performance with clear outcome ownership
* Strong capability across SEO + SEM (essential)
* Demonstrated experience leading or managing SEO site migrations
* Confident people leader who can build capability and momentum
* Highly data-driven, commercially minded, and action-oriented
* Ecommerce / conversion optimisation experience highly regarded
