Seeking an experienced Document Controller for community based health service located in Perth's metro area
**Your recent company**
Our client is an aboriginal community controlled Health organisation providing holistic and integrated primary health service's to aboriginal people living in Perth metro area.
**Your new role**
Key Duties:
- Manage the document control system for the organisation, including the creation, maintenance, and updating of records.
- Ensure all documents are correctly version controlled, accurately filed, and easily accessible.
- Review and verify documents to ensure they meet the requirements of relevant regulatory bodies and that they are compliant with the organisation's policies and procedures
- Ensure that all documents are properly archived and that they can be easily retrieved when needed.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure that all documents are accurately completed and that they are submitted on time.
- Identify and resolve issues related to document control and make recommendations for improvements.
- Train staff on the use of the document control system ad provide support as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of all documents and sensitive information
**What you'll need to succeed**
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in document control.
- Experience working in a medical setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of document control software systems and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements is a plus.
