The Role:
Oversee daily operations for the Director, listings, and team.
End-to-end management of sales, properties, clients, and campaigns.
Handle all listing admin, compliance, vendor reports, appraisals, and campaign materials.
Coordinate all communication with vendors, buyers, tenants, solicitors, and trades.
Prepare for listing presentations, open homes, auctions, and settlements.
About You:
Excel in high-energy, dynamic teams.
Are resilient, self-motivated, and quick to adapt.
Have outstanding communication and organizational skills.
Possess a keen eye for detail, efficiency, and time management.
Work independently while collaborating effectively.
Hold a Certificate of Registration, a valid Driver's License, and a reliable car.
