About the Opportunity
This National Account Manager is an integral member of the KC Developing & Emerging Channels team. The role reports to the Account Director for Developing & Emerging Channels and focuses on delivering profitable, sustainable growth for the Costco & Aldi businesses within our personal care portfolio (Nappies, Adult Incontinence and Period care). After establishing a strong foundation, the successful candidate will have future opportunities within the organisation.
Responsibilities
* Manage strategic customer relationships and achieve sales and profit growth in Costco & Aldi.
* Build and maintain long‐term relationships with key customer partners, collaborating to drive competitive advantage and club/discount growth plans.
* Develop and implement customer plans aligned with channel strategies, including input to the Category Annual Plans.
* Serve as the strategic voice of the customer within KCA, ensuring customer plans are central to brand execution.
* Develop customer‐focused plans that deliver against category growth drivers and focus on share and sales fundamentals.
* Achieve sales fundamentals such as ranging, distribution and share‐of‐shelf objectives.
* Create and lead the development of business plans in Costco and Aldi through customer and stakeholder collaboration.
* Co‐ordinate and execute bespoke ranging, distribution and share‐of‐shelf targets.
* Collaborate with marketing, category, RGM, innovation and supply teams to bring customer‐specific product, pack and price propositions to market.
* Deliver robust financial management, forecasting and supply outlooks; own accurate sales forecasts with collaboration from customer contacts, demand planning and data analysis.
* Negotiate customer investment plans and manage pricing and rebates, ensuring spend does not exceed budget.
* Maintain accountability for customer claims with support from the GBS function.
