The Role
This is a hands-on role connecting us with Adelaide's A&D community.
You'll:
* Grow revenue and market share across residential and commercial sectors
* Build trusted partnerships with architects, designers, builders and developers
* Influence specification decisions and represent us at industry events
* Use CRM to manage pipelines, track outcomes and inform strategy
* Oversee projects from first contact through to delivery
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences
Who We're Looking For
You're someone who sees the bigger picture and wants to make things better.
You:
* Are a natural relationship builder with the A&D community
* Have a proven record meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Communicate, negotiate and influence with ease
* Are commercially savvy and organised – you get things done
* Know your way around a CRM and keep data sharp
* Have 2+ years' experience in a sales or client-facing role (A&D or building materials preferred)
* Bring knowledge of stone, tile, porcelain or timber (a plus, not a must)
