About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Financial and Administrative Assistant to join our team. This part-time role is perfect for students, recent school leavers, parents returning to work or anyone seeking flexible hours.
Key Responsibilities:
* Completing bank reconciliations
* Monitoring client payment arrangements
* Supporting billing and accounts processes
* Providing general administrative and reception support
* Managing incoming and outgoing mail
* Assisting with event coordination and marketing tasks
Requirements:
* Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
* Experience with accounting software (Xero MYOB Reckon) is desirable but not required
* Professional and friendly phone manner
* Strong organisational skills, accuracy and reliability
* Willingness to learn and contribute to a small supportive team
