Key Responsibilities
1. Provide customer support for Partnerize’s clients and partners
2. Triage inbound support tickets to relevant members of the team and/or escalate to other teams, adhering to applicable SLAs
3. Follow BAU processes within Customer Support's remit
4. Provide translations of support tickets where necessary
5. Perform basic tasks and processes

10. Computer literacy

11. Ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience
12. Bachelors degree (Business, Marketing or Advertising preferred but not essential)
